Spring Semester 2019

Who is ready for classes to start?! I know I'm not. I have loved getting to stay up late and sleep all day, but it is time to get in the groove and get our degrees. Thinking about the semester starting in just two short days can be really stressful. We college students get bogged down with classes and homework and work and it is easy to feel like we are being crushed by the weight of it all. It's not all bad though! As a way to take your mind off of the work load and provide a fun atmosphere where you will not only grow closer to God but also make friends of a lifetime, we have decided to bring Delight Ministries to our campus. Now I can already hear some of you groaning, "another bible study... in the Bible Belt... Imagine that.." Delight is not your ordinary "bible study". I promise! Delight follows a devotional written by a different college woman each week. These devotionals, unlike most of the ones out there, actually pertain to things that occur in our daily lives. In addition to our weekly meetings we will have a movie night, ladies brunch, two service projects, one worship night, and bi-weekly Delight Dates (a way to hang out with and get to know different girls). If you still aren't sold, we will have coffee and donuts at our meetings and to seal the deal we have really cute merch! Be prepared to see pink EVERYWHERE!
